I don’t know how to fix a worn crusher shaft?

Before the enterprise crusher shaft wear problems, the general use of the traditional repair process, such as welding and grinding pad iron sheet, not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the use of repair results are not good. This time, the enterprise used the Sole carbon nano-polymer material repair technology, only eight hours on-site to complete the repair work of the crusher shaft wear, and to meet the requirements of the equipment back to the installation, which saves a lot of manpower and material resources for the enterprise, shortens the equipment maintenance cycle, and saves the cost for the enterprise to put into operation as soon as possible.

Reasons for crusher shaft wear

The motor is transmitted to the pulley through the belt, and the pulley rotates to drive the movable jaw parts on the drive shaft to carry out the material crushing operation. The material crushing will make the pulley produce violent vibration and load force, and the equipment will operate under such working condition for a long time, which will make the mating surface of the pulley on the drive shaft produce unavoidable metal fatigue. The wear of the surface layer of the shaft will increase the gap between the mating surfaces, and the increased gap will aggravate the wear of the mating surfaces, forming a vicious circle, which will result in the phenomenon of crusher shaft wear in a short period of time.

The main cause of crusher shaft wear is due to normal fatigue wear between the metal, while the Sole carbon nanopolymer material has excellent “concessions”, does not have the characteristics of metal fatigue wear and plastic deformation; therefore, there will be no fatigue wear and fracture in the long-term use of the process, so as to ensure that the equipment long-term operation of the process, the mating surfaces will not be due to fatigue wear and the generation of gaps.
