How to carry out routine maintenance and repair of asphalt mixing plant

   Recently, Fujian Quanzhu Machinery Co., Ltd. added a set of LB1200 asphalt mixing plant task list, is in the workshop of intense and orderly production, asphalt mixing equipment are in the open field work, dust pollution, many parts and in 140-160 degrees Celsius high temperature work, and each shift working time up to 12-14h, therefore, the daily maintenance of equipment is related to the normal operation and service life of equipment. Therefore, the daily maintenance of the equipment is related to the normal operation and service life of the equipment, so how to do a good job of daily maintenance and maintenance of asphalt mixing plant equipment?
    Work before starting the asphalt mixing plant.
    Before starting the machine, the materials scattered near the conveyor belt should be cleared; the machine should be started at no load first, and the motor should be operated normally before working with load; during the operation of the machine with load, a person should be assigned to follow up and inspect the machine, adjust the tape in time, observe the operation status of the machine, see if there are any abnormal noises and anomalies, and whether the exposed instrument display is working normally. If abnormalities are found, the causes should be promptly identified and eliminated. After each shift, the equipment should be fully inspected and maintained; for high temperature moving parts, grease should be added after each shift; clean the air filter element of the air compressor and the air-water separator filter element; check the oil level and oil quality of the lubricating oil of the air compressor; check the oil level and oil quality of the reducer; adjust the tightness of the tape and replace the tape if necessary; sweep the dust in the dust collector and scattered in the field Keep the site clean and tidy. The problems identified during the inspection should be thoroughly eliminated after the shift and a good running record kept. This is to keep track of the equipment's overall condition.
   Maintenance is not an overnight task, but must be carried out in a timely and appropriate manner in order to prolong the life of the equipment and maintain its production capacity.
   Three diligence and three inspections of asphalt mixing plants.
   The asphalt mixing plant is an integrated mechanical and electrical equipment, which is complex and operates in a harsh environment. To ensure that the equipment has less breakdowns, the crew should be "three diligent": diligent inspection, diligent maintenance and diligent repair. "Three checks": check the equipment before starting, check it during operation and check it after shutdown. Do a good job of routine and regular maintenance of equipment, do the "cross" operation (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, tightening, corrosion prevention), manage, use and maintain the equipment well, ensure the integrity rate and utilization rate, and maintain the parts that need maintenance in strict accordance with the equipment maintenance requirements.
   Do the daily maintenance work, in strict accordance with the equipment maintenance requirements for maintenance. During the production period, we must observe and listen to the eyes and ears, and immediately stop the machine for maintenance in case of irregularities, and never operate with illness. When the equipment is running, maintenance and debugging work is strictly prohibited. The key parts should be monitored by a special person. The perishable parts should be well stocked and the reasons for their damage should be studied. Carefully fill in the operation and operation records, mainly record what faults occur, what phenomena appear, how to analyse and eliminate and how to prevent, etc. The operation records have a good reference value as first-hand information. During the production period, troubleshooting should be calm and collected, do not be irritable, as long as you master the rules, patient thinking, any fault can be well solved.
   Daily routine maintenance of the asphalt mixing plant (every 8-10 running hours)
   1. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication checklist.
   2. Check the vibrating screen according to the maintenance instructions.
   3. Check the air line for leaks. 4.
   4. Blockage of large grain overflow pipe.
   5. Dust in the control room, excessive dust will affect the electrical equipment.
   6. Clean the discharge door of the mixing cylinder when the unit is out of service.
   7. Check and tighten all bolts and nuts.
   8. Check the screw conveyor shaft seal lubrication and alignment as necessary. 9.
   9. Check the lubrication of the mixing drive gear via the observation hole and add oil as appropriate.
   Weekly checks (every 50-60 hours)
   1. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication schedule.
   2. Check all conveyor belts for wear and damage, repair and replace as necessary.
   3. Mixing cylinder drives at blade time, check gearbox oil level and fill with appropriate lubricant if necessary.
   4. Check the tensioning of all V-belt drives and adjust if necessary.
   5. Check the tightness of the hot material elevator bucket bolts and move the adjustment grating to facilitate the entry of hot aggregate into the screen box.
   6. Check the chain and the head and tail shaft sprockets or active wheels of the hot material elevator and replace them if necessary.
   7. Check the induced draft fan for dust blockage - excessive dust can cause violent vibration and abnormal bearing wear.
   8. Check all gearboxes and add the lubricant recommended in the instructions in good time when required.
   9. Check the connection parts and accessories of the tension sensors.
  10. Check the screen for tightness and wear and replace if necessary.
  11. Check the clearance of the feed hopper disconnect switch (if fitted).
  12. Check all wire ropes for stripping and wear? condition, check top level limit switches and proximity switches.
  13. Check the cleanliness of the stone powder weighing hopper outlet.
  14. Lubrication of ore trolley drive bearings (if fitted), winch gear and ore trolley door bearings.
  15. Return of the primary dust collector check valve.
  16. wear of the scrapers inside the drying cylinder, adjustment and wear of the drive wheel coupling, support wheel and thrust wheel of the drying cylinder (friction drive).
  17. wear of mixing cylinder blades, mixing arms, shaft seals, adjustment or replacement if necessary.
  18. blockage of asphalt spray pipes (self-flowing inspection door seal)
  19. Check the oil level in the lubrication cup of the pneumatic system and top up if required.
  Monthly inspection and maintenance (every 200-250 operating hours)
  1. lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication checklist
  2. Check heat? elevator chain, hopper and sprockets for tightness and wear.
  3. Replacing the seal packing of the powder screw conveyor.
  4. Clean the impeller of the induced draft fan, check for rust and corrosion and check the tightness of the foot bolts.
  5. Test the pyrometer for wear (if fitted)
  6. Wear of the hot aggregate bin level indicator device
  7. Monitor the accuracy of the pyrometer and thermocouple on site with an accurate temperature indicator
  8. Check the drying drum scrapers and replace any that are badly worn.
  9. Check the burners according to the burner operating instructions. 10.
 10. Check the asphalt 3-way valve for leaks.
  Inspection and maintenance every three months (every 600-750 operating hours)
 1. Lubricate the equipment according to the lubrication schedule.
 2. Clean the gearbox and gear shaft unit and fill with the appropriate oil.
