Recently, S&P Global, a world-renowned research and evaluation organisation, released The Sustainability Yearbook 2025, in which Nippon Seiko Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NSK) was selected as a Sustainability Yearbook Member for the fourth consecutive year. (hereinafter referred to as NSK) was selected for the fourth consecutive year as a Sustainability Yearbook Member.
NSK was also awarded a certificate of inclusion and a trophy for its 25th consecutive year of participation in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) at the annual Sustainability Yearbook 2025 Forum held on 8 April.

Corporate Governance and the Economy|Environment|Society
Each year, S&P Global evaluates the sustainability standards of the world’s leading companies in three dimensions: Corporate Governance & Economy, Environment, and Society. In 2025, S&P Global assessed approximately 7,690 companies in 62 industries, and 780 companies were selected for inclusion in this year’s edition of the Sustainability Yearbook. NSK was selected for the fourth consecutive year for its outstanding performance in the IEQ Machinery and Electrical Equipment sector.
NSK 2026 Medium-Term Management Plan
NSK aims to contribute to the sustainable development of society, and to be a company that will be needed, trusted, and chosen by society 100 or even 1,000 years from now. Therefore, the theme of the NSK Medium-Term Management Plan for FY2026 (MTP2026) is ‘Reconstructing Corporate Foundations for Sustainable Growth,’ with ESG management as one of the key management issues. ESG management is one of the key management issues. NSK has long taken numerous environmental measures with the goal of minimising the environmental impact of its business activities and maximising the contribution of its products to the environment, and this selection is a high level of recognition of NSK’s efforts. Going forward, NSK will continue to promote ESG management and contribute to the resolution of social issues through its business activities, and strive to become a company that is needed and trusted by society.
